Who we supply

Services we know inside out

We work with providers whose services carry real risk and real regulatory scrutiny. Sending the wrong worker is not a small problem, so we don't.

01

Supported living

Small shared houses and single-tenancy flats where consistency of staff makes or breaks a placement.

02

Learning disability & autism

Workers experienced in PBS approaches, communication passports and structured routines.

03

Mental health accommodation

Staff comfortable with recovery-focused support, de-escalation and risk management plans.

04

Complex & long-term care

Trained workers for high-dependency packages, including 2:1 and clinically delegated tasks.

05

Residential services

Cover for sickness, annual leave and vacancy gaps without disrupting your existing team.

How we vet

Five checks before anyone reaches your door

Providers don't really buy staff from an agency. They buy the certainty that an inspector could open any file we've sent and find nothing missing.

  1. Enhanced DBS

Enhanced disclosure with the relevant barred list checks, verified before allocation.

  2. Right to work

Original documents seen and verified in person at our East Ham office, with copies retained.

  3. Two references

Verified against previous care employers and followed up directly, never taken at face value.

  4. Training

Care Certificate plus mandatory training, with certificates dated and refreshed on schedule.

  5. Supervision

Ongoing spot-checks and feedback loops with your service, so problems surface early.

Why providers stay with us

Built around how rotas actually break

A person, not a portal

You get a named coordinator who knows your service, your tenants and your standing requirements.

The same faces

We build a small pool around each service, so your tenants aren't meeting a stranger every week.

Answered out of hours

Rotas fall apart at 9pm on a Sunday. That's when our booking line matters most.

Rates you can budget

Clear hourly rates agreed up front, with sleep-in and bank holiday rates set out in writing.

Local to East London

Our workers live in the boroughs they cover, which is why they arrive on time.

Feedback acted on

Tell us a worker isn't right for your service and they won't be offered to you again.

Questions

The things providers ask us first

How quickly can you fill a shift?

It depends on the role and the notice, but same-day and next-day cover is a normal part of what we do. Call the booking line for anything urgent rather than using the form — a phone call reaches a coordinator faster.

Are you CQC registered?

No, and we shouldn't be. We operate as an employment business supplying workers into services that you manage and direct, so the regulated activity sits with you as the provider. We're governed instead by the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct Regulations 2003.

What do you send with each worker?

A full compliance pack before the shift begins: enhanced DBS details, right-to-work documentation, two verified references, training records, photo ID and our insurance certificate.

Do you cover sleep-ins and waking nights?

Both. Sleep-in and waking-night rates are agreed in writing before we place anyone, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

How does invoicing work?

Timesheets are signed off by your shift lead and invoiced on agreed terms. Rates are fixed at the point of agreement — we don't apply undisclosed uplifts.

How do I register as a support worker?

Send your details through the form below and choose "I'm a support worker". We'll invite you to our East Ham office to verify your documents in person and talk through your availability.
